KOS Tells A Story | 2013/2014

The theme for the 2013-14 season is “KOS Tells A Story” and will feature music which either tells a story itself or which accompanies a story, such as music from stage and screen.

Sunday 16 March 2014 – 3.00pm – Old Kirk, Kirkcaldy

with KOS Youth Orchestra and in conjunction with St Columba’s RC Primary School, Cupar

Featuring the premiere of A Man And A Brother by John Gourlay, music inspired by the story of Joseph Knight, a black slave brought to Scotland and freed under Scottish law. Also Les Miserablesselection, The Magic Flute Overture and music from Walton’s Henry V

A second performance will take place in St Columba’s RC Primary School, Cupar on Tuesday 18 March, time tbc
